Steven Tedjamulia

Founder and Executive Director · Aspin Business Accelerator

Steven Tedjamulia is an entrepreneur, product leader, and applied AI innovator with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations turn emerging technologies into measurable business results. He has helped more than 500 companies, contributed to over $535 million in software sales, raised $40 million, completed more than 18,000 hours of AI-accelerated development, and holds 14 issued patents with more than 100 AI-related patents pending.

Throughout his career, Steven has led product development, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives involving organizations such as Dell, Verizon, the NFL, Neiman Marcus, Novartis, and numerous startups and growth-stage companies.

He has also built and led business accelerators and innovation programs at BYU, Dell, OpenTeams, and WGU. At Brigham Young University, he led the BYU eCommerce Accelerator. At Dell Technologies, he led the company's $25 million Digital and Social Media Accelerator, helping advance digital transformation and emerging technology adoption across the enterprise. Most recently, he helped lead AI New Ventures at WGU Labs, identifying and developing AI-powered opportunities in education, workforce development, and business innovation.

Through these experiences, Steven saw both the power and limitations of traditional accelerators. Businesses benefited from expert guidance, but assembling specialists across strategy, marketing, sales, product, legal, technology, and operations was expensive and difficult to scale.

That insight led Steven to create Aspin and AIPX. Aspin is a business accelerator built for the AI era, combining personalized strategy, AI-powered tools, automation, training, expert support, and a global community. AIPX helps entrepreneurs and organizations plan, design, build, and launch software faster while incorporating security, compliance, and proven product-development practices.

As Executive Director, Steven is focused on making expert-level business acceleration more accessible and scalable—giving entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, and teams the capabilities they need to turn ideas into action, reduce costs, and grow faster.
