Mark Miller, also known as “Dr. H₂O,” is an entrepreneur, inventor, business leader, and humanitarian innovator dedicated to solving real-world problems through practical, affordable, and scalable solutions. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Cargo Strap Wizard Pro and a driving force behind UA Legacy Grants and Safer Cleaner Water, Mark combines product innovation, strategic business development, and humanitarian service to create meaningful impact.
Through Cargo Strap Wizard Pro, Mark is leading the development and commercialization of a patent-pending, American-made, 4-in-1 cargo-handling tool designed to make work safer, faster, and more efficient for trucking and transportation professionals. His approach focuses on identifying everyday challenges that people have learned to tolerate and transforming them into opportunities for innovation, improved safety, and business growth.
Mark is equally passionate about addressing one of the world's most urgent humanitarian challenges: access to safe, clean drinking water. Through UA Legacy Grants, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and Safer Cleaner Water, he is advancing a mission to deliver reliable water filtration solutions to underserved communities, disaster zones, refugee camps, homeless shelters, and recovery centers.
His clean water initiative focuses on deploying high-capacity filtration systems designed to provide up to 150 gallons of clean water per day, serving as many as 300 people daily, without electricity or complex infrastructure. These systems use back-washable, reusable filtration technology and are designed for rapid deployment, making them particularly valuable in locations where traditional water infrastructure is unavailable or difficult to establish.
Mark's vision extends beyond individual installations. He is developing a Rapid Clean Water Deployment System with ambitious goals of deploying 100 filtration systems in 10 days and scaling to 1,000 systems in less than 30 days. Through strategic partnerships, donor support, and collaboration with humanitarian organizations, he aims to expand access to clean drinking water for hundreds of thousands of people around the world.
Whether developing innovative transportation equipment or advancing humanitarian water solutions, Mark believes the most powerful innovations are often those that solve fundamental problems simply and effectively. His philosophy is captured in his belief that “Sometimes the smartest innovations are the simplest ones.”
Beyond entrepreneurship, Mark is passionate about building partnerships that connect businesses, nonprofit organizations, donors, and community leaders around shared opportunities to improve lives. He believes innovation should not only generate economic value but also create measurable, lasting benefits for communities.
His mission is simple: Turn practical ideas into powerful solutions that make work safer, improve lives, and bring clean drinking water to people who need it most.
Based in Richmond, Indiana, Mark works with entrepreneurs, business leaders, manufacturers, distributors, nonprofit organizations, humanitarian partners, and donors seeking innovative products, strategic partnerships, and opportunities to create meaningful social impact.
